Dealer told me that the front tie rods on my car needed to be replaced because they were frozen and that the cost would be over $1000. Spoke with Chris who suggested that SA might be able to unfreeze the existing tie rods and determine if they actually needed replacing. Chris was able to successfully free up the tie rods and after evaluation concluded that they did not need replacing. All in cost $175. We have taken our cars to Chris many times over the years - the work is always top notch and it is very easy to work with Chris and his team. I highly recommend Suburban Auto. Thanks Chris!
