Honest people. My girlfriend brought her car in here and they fixed a sensor issue the car was having with the gas system. Engine light came back on after leaving reading the same error message. They fixed the other issue and didn’t charge her because they “stand behind their work” It takes me a long time to trust a shop but there is a reason my family has been bringing our cars here Since we were teenagers. Honest shop good prices and they work fast.

I have been a customer of Suburban Auto Technicians for 20 years. Walter and Mike were the original founders and mentored Chris very successfully. I have found the organization to be professional and very knowledgeable. They hold all the ASE certifications and that alone puts them in a league all their own. I trust Chris and his team to identify and prioritize the necessary repairs to keep my 2009 car with 100K miles running smoothly and reliably. We have partnered with Suburban Auto Technicians since we moved to Walpole 28 years ago. Their customer services is superb, they diagnose problems and stand by their work. Mike, Walter and now Chris care about their customers and they explain the work to be completed. We recently purchased our fourth vehicle from Suburban and each time we obtained a quality vehicle at a fair price.
