I live in RI and was visiting my son when my vehicle began having severe transmission issues. I was near Suburban and pulled up in the afternoon without an appointment. Although they were very busy, they looked at my vehicle and said they'd try to "get it done" by the end of the day or end of the week if worse came to worse. I called them at 4:25pm from my son's home in Wrentham and Joe told me the car was done and he would stay until I got there for the pick up...even though they close at 4:30. I could not be happier with the work performed and the fantastic customer service I received from Joe and Chris and the reception I initially got from the lady at the front desk. They went "above and beyond" for my wife and I. Many thanks Suburban!
